Crudi-Tree with Dip Ideas
10+ colorS
THE WHY BEHIND THIS RECIPE
Every year I make at least one crudi-tree and it’s so easy and fun! You can pair it with a homemade dip or to make it easy for yourself, just buy some store bought dips. If you are hosting, an easy thing to outsource is the dips.
Here are some of my favorite store-bought dips that are free of seed oils and additives:
Sunny Fine Foods: I love their original tahini, Calabrian chili tahini, and green tahini
Hope dips: Find where they are stocked near you here.
Whole Foods guac and often Costco has a good guac!
Everything But the Bagel Dip at Trader Joes (one of the only seed oil free dips at TJs)
Primal Kitchen ranch (the midwestern girl in me loves ranch, and it pairs well with the Crudi-tree 😊)
For homemade dip inspo: I love my lupini red pepper dip or thisbeet and cauliflower hummus I made with Dr. Casey Means, reel here!

HOW TO DO IT
I like to do this on top of a cutting board, or just lay down parchment paper right on top of the table. Start with one vegetable and outline the tree, and then fill in the rest with your other veggies!
Don’t worry if your tree is a little lopsided like my photo here, all trees look a little unique, right?
